Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation should apply online no later than 17:00 (Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)), November 9 (Mon.), 2015.
However, please note that reservations cannot be made after all the accommodations have reached the set number even if it is before the deadline.

Accommodation Payment
After you complete your registration, please click the "Go to Payment Page" button. Payments by credit card will be accepted. All payment must be in Japanese yen.
The due date for the payment is November 9(Mon.), 2015. Please note that payments will not be accepted after this date. In order to make a hotel reservation, a full deposit is required.

Accommodation Confirmation
Your reservation will be completed upon receipt of your on-line accommodation information and verifying the payment of the deposit.
Once you have completed the above steps, click on the Confirm/Purchase/Edit/Cancel/Additional application button on My Page, then click on the Display Confirmation Sheet button and print out the Confirmation Sheet.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you upon check-in at the hotel.
Accommodation Cancellation & Revision
In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below. JTB shall make the corresponding refund within the 7th day from the next day of cancellation, when effecting refund before tour departure.
Please revise and/or cancel your reservation by logging-in to your "My Page".
Cancellation fee when notice is given:
